Dave York

Senior Pastor, Covenant Fellowship — Roseburg, OR. Sits at the geographic far edge of the present region, which gives him both the credibility to speak about the Mountain West and the relational distance to lead the broader transition objectively.

Chris Oswald

Lead Pastor, Providence Community Church — Lenexa, KS. RCPC for MW/NW (full title TBC). Author of this wiki. Currently leads regional church planting.

Greg Dirnberger

Current regional leader, in transition. Carries a particular gift for gathering groups into teams. With Greg's departure from Emmaus Road, a unique opportunity may exist to deploy Greg into the Mountain West as a kind of development director. This issue is probably better discussed via phone.

Ron Boomsma

Pastor, Emmaus Road — Bozeman, MT. The primary Mountain West partner for any Bozeman-anchored deployment. Carries the relational anchor for the broader Mountain West work.

National Partners

Mark Prater

Executive Director, Sovereign Grace Churches.

Jon Payne

Director of Church Development, Sovereign Grace Churches. Resources and care for Regional Leaders. Natural partner for handoff continuity between the present regional structure and the future two-region structure.

Joel Shorey

National Church Planting lead, Sovereign Grace Churches. Critical partner for plant-launch teams, relocator recruitment, and the cross-regional mechanics of forming launch cores. The fourth committee workstream (national vision-casting) is largely his lane.

Ricky Alcantar

Lead Pastor, Cross of Grace Church — El Paso, TX. Editorial Director for Digital, Sovereign Grace. Leader of the Antioch Program. Member of the National Church Planting Group. The single most operationally critical national partner for any campaign element of this work. Editorial reach + planting expertise + Antioch all in one person. If a national campaign happens, Ricky is essential to it.
